iD Software always knew how to make video engines for their games. They can be filed in the "lead", not "follow" category of game producers. Their latest achievement, Tech 5, was presented at WWDC yesterday. We have a small video showing what should be expected from a graphic engine capable of processing 20 Gigabytes of textures.
